2025 work calendar spain

The official 2025 work calendar, detailing national, regional, and local public holidays, has been published in the BOE and the respective Official Bulletins of the Autonomous Communities. Below, we provide a list of public holidays in various locations that may be of interest.

Please note that it is mandatory to create a work calendar, which must be displayed in a visible place at every workplace.
When preparing your company’s work calendar, make sure to account for public holidays, weekly rest days, breaks between shifts, and other non-working days, while staying within the maximum number of hours set by the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.

It’s worth mentioning that some Collective Bargaining Agreements include the celebration of the patron saint’s day of the respective trade as a paid holiday.
